Return Policy

 

All our products are offered as a FINAL SALE which means that we do not accept returns. The only exception to this rule occurs if an article is determined not to be authentic. In such an unlikely case, given that each of our bags is verified by Entrupy or RA, the customer must provide strong and reasoned evidence that supports the claim that the item purchased is not authentic. Only in these circumstances will a refund be processed. 

For a return to be considered, the item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: without having used, without alterations or damage. It is also necessary that you keep all the original labels and that the customer assumes the shipping costs.

The return request must be made within 3 days of receipt of the item. After this period, the item will not be eligible for return and no subsequent requests or messages will be considered.

It is important to keep in mind that the items you are buying are second-hand. We remind you that, in most cases, they may have some marks of use.
